How to Use
Eliminates old, impregnated animal odors from kennels, cages, runs, walls, and other large areas.
Add 1/4 oz. to 1 gallon of cleaning solution or rinse water. Same dilution in water may be applied using a plastic lawn/garden type pump-up sprayer.
For high-pressure wash add to the detergent tank at the ratio of 1/2 oz. to 6 gal. (1 to 1536).
Ratios may be varied to suit the needs of the situation or pressure equipment.

All Thornell products are safe for use on any surface or directly on the animal. As with any pet care product, consult with your veterinarian and review and follow the label directions. Contains water, proprietary essential oil blend and preservatives.

Yes, you can use the K.O.E on carpet, however, we always recommend to do a small test spot first.
It is safe to use around animals and people.
Yes, you will mix it with water. You would mix anywhere from 1/4oz-8oz of K.O.E to a gallon of water, depending on the severity of the odor.

Do you have to rinse the KOE off of a concrete surface after a certain amount of time or can it be sprayed onto it and left?

You do not have to rinse the K.O.E off. You can spray and let it air dry.

Hi I have some new old stock shower tiles that were sitting in a detached building for quite a few years. It looks like mice have been around them. Will your product work safely on the tile to remove mouse residue? The backs are unglazed. Thanks! (4×4 tiles glossy on the front)

The K.O.E will work to remove any odor that is on the tiles. It may help some with the residue, but that isn’t what it is made for. You can also use it in any soap or detergent if you are cleaning the tiles and removing residue.
