Eliminates old, impregnated animal odors from kennels, cages, runs, walls, and other large areas.

Add 1/4 oz. to 1 gallon of cleaning solution or rinse water. Same dilution in water may be applied using a plastic lawn/garden type pump-up sprayer.

For high-pressure wash add to the detergent tank at the ratio of 1/2 oz. to 6 gal. (1 to 1536).

Ratios may be varied to suit the needs of the situation or pressure equipment.

All Thornell products are safe for use on any surface or directly on the animal. As with any pet care product, consult with your veterinarian and review and follow the label directions. Contains water, proprietary essential oil blend and preservatives.

Can this product be used on carpet?

Answer:

Yes, you can use K.O.E on the carpet.  You will want to make sure that you apply enough so that it can reach as far as the odor has.  In some cases, it could be all the way to the subfloor.  For first time odor elimination you will want to use 4-8oz per gallon of water. After that, you can drop it down, depending on how often you are using it on the carpet.

Question:

If sprayed on a dog will it hurt them?

Answer:

If using K.O.E on the dog, we usually recommend diluting it down quite a bit.  There are essential oils in the product which could lead to an allergic reaction if the dog has any allergies to the essential oils.  We do have the A.O.E which is a spray designed to be used on the animal that you can use as well.

Can this be used on concrete floors

Answer:

Yes, K.O.E can be used on concrete.  With harder surfaces, it can take multiple applications for it to reach the full source of the odor.

How to use the KOE with more instructions please. Do you vacuum after it’s dry? Etc

Answer:

You’ll want to first dilute the K.O.E based on how strong the odor is.  If you are unsure of the amount to use, I would start with 4oz to a gallon of water and then adjust from there.  You will want to saturate the area where the odor is, so it can reach the full source of the odor.  On carpet, you would need to apply enough that it can soak down into the pad and possibly the subfloor.  Let it soak for 5-10 minutes to give it enough time to spread out and reach the odor.  After that, you can either let it air dry or remove the excess with towels or a carpet machine.

If it is on a hard surface, apply it to the surface and let it air-dry if possible.  Hard surfaces may take multiple applications depending on how far the odor has penetrated into it.
