Eliminates old, impregnated animal odors from kennels, cages, runs, walls, and other large areas.

Add 1/4 oz. to 1 gallon of cleaning solution or rinse water. Same dilution in water may be applied using a plastic lawn/garden type pump-up sprayer.

For high-pressure wash add to the detergent tank at the ratio of 1/2 oz. to 6 gal. (1 to 1536).

Ratios may be varied to suit the needs of the situation or pressure equipment.

All Thornell products are safe for use on any surface or directly on the animal. As with any pet care product, consult with your veterinarian and review and follow the label directions. Contains water, proprietary essential oil blend and preservatives.

Cautions

How to use the KOE with more instructions please. Do you vacuum after it’s dry? Etc

Answer:

You’ll want to first dilute the K.O.E based on how strong the odor is.  If you are unsure of the amount to use, I would start with 4oz to a gallon of water and then adjust from there.  You will want to saturate the area where the odor is, so it can reach the full source of the odor.  On carpet, you would need to apply enough that it can soak down into the pad and possibly the subfloor.  Let it soak for 5-10 minutes to give it enough time to spread out and reach the odor.  After that, you can either let it air dry or remove the excess with towels or a carpet machine.

If it is on a hard surface, apply it to the surface and let it air-dry if possible.  Hard surfaces may take multiple applications depending on how far the odor has penetrated into it.

 

Question:

What is the basic difference between the 2 products. Dog odor off concentrate & Koe Kennel odor eliminator? We have 2 Yorkies and one Pomeranian and the boys occasionally pee inside the house.

Answer:

K.O.E has a broader base for different animal odors, where Dog Odor-Off is designed specifically for dog odor.  K.O.E will also be better for odors that older and stronger.

What is the mix ratio if I want to put KOE in a spray bottle to use on my carpet where the cat continues to pee?

Answer:

That would depend on the size of the spray bottle and how strong the odor is.  If it is a 32oz spray bottle, we would suggest to start out with 1oz in the spray bottle and adjust from there.

Can KOE Eliminates Orders Clinic/shelter/groomer/Kennel/Home concentrate be safely used on Travertine floors?

Answer:

Yes, the K.O.E is safe to use on travertine floors.  However, we always recommend doing a small test spot first to ensure colorfastness.

Would this clean my patio from the odor

Answer:

Yes, K.O.E will help eliminate odors from your patio.  For patios, it may take multiple applications for it to reach the full source of the odor.  After you have eliminated the odor, you can then apply it as needed.
